Our butter is made from the high-fat milk of our Jersey cows, resulting in a rich, flavorful product that is perfect for cooking and baking. We also produce heavy cream and half-and-half, which are ideal for adding richness to coffee, desserts, and sauces.

Our fresh cow’s milk and goat’s milk are unadulterated, minimally processed, and free from additives.
